I have a bunch of party printable things in my 4shared file. Look in the link in my signature then look in the "parties" file and the different subfiles. I have pink/black and red/black things in the minnie file and I have things for cars and ariel and animal prints if you happen to be staying at AKL. You might be able to find a few things in there to decorate.
For a game...if you are going to make autograph books use them as a party game. Divide up the family/guests into teams and give each team an autograph book. Then come up with fun disney character questions and tell them they can use the autograph book as a reference guide. In my autograph book I had several index pages that listed the character and the movie they were in as well as. You could have a bell/buzzer that will have to be rung/buzzed in order to answer the question...otherwise everyone will shout at you all at once. There are lots of ways that you could play it.
Another good thing about playing this game is it gets your family used to the autograph book and the characters so that they recognize the character in the park and can quickly find them in the book!
