Where to find Buzz in Tomorrowland?

Where exactly is Buzz out for meet-and-greets in Tomorrowland?

DS5 is suddenly very into Buzz Lightyear (cowboys have been thrown over in our house too) and of course Buzz Lightyear AstroBlasters is closed the week we are there. We only have one day, so I know it's chancy, but I want to at least know where to be looking. I heard his meet-and-greet was in the Times Guide but I didn't know how specific it would be on location. Near the Buzz ride? Near Innoventions (vague old memory)?

Thanks for any advice or experiences with this lately!

Buzz is often found outside Innoventions, right by Pizza Port for photo opps and autographs. Sometimes he will also venture over to the water ball play area there and play with kids. I love sitting on the benches there and watching the kids and Buzz play. So fun!

Our experience with Buzz is that he just walks around...will stop for a few minutes for autographs & pictures, then walks some more. He just went between the the Buzz ride & then over towards Tomorrowland Terrance (didn't get quite as far as where they do the Star Wars show). We some him do this several times during our trip last month.

It was annoying...we were among the first people to see him & start following (which felt crazy & stalker-ish!) but it took us about 5 stops until our 2 year old Buzz fanatic got his auto & pic. I would have much preffered Buzz to stand so there could be an organized line to prevent newcomers from getting in front of those who had been following longer. (and again we saw him do this many times so it wasn't like he was just trying to get into the back & away from the people).

Last week, he was in front of Star Traders.

We never did find him last week when we were there We were really disappointed. I did find out on our last day that you can ask at the time board on Main Street and they can tell you when and where he will be. We were just too late for that.

I think it was last Tuesday. I was standing near the restrooms near Astro Orbiter, and I heard this weird noise behind me but didn't think anything of it. DH told me to get out of Buzz's way. I didn't realize I had been standing about 10 feet in front of the door where the characters come on out. He didn't stop - just headed straight to his place. I don't think he was out much, though. We only saw him only one other time.
