Where to find best price on the sm Cricut mach for scrapping?

I was looking into buy a sm. cricut mach for scrapping and wanted to know where to get the best deal? Also what accessories are a must to go with it? What are your favorite cartaridges?

If you have an ACMoore then that is a great place to get one. If not sometimes Michael's has them on sale too. And after that E-Bay is your best bet. The small Cricut is supposed to come with the George cartridge but if you get it off e-bay it may not come with the machine.

As for favorite carts, George, Jasmine, and Paper Doll dress up are my top 3 picks.

Custom Crops has it on sale right now. I think it is a pretty good price.

I am loving my Disney cartridges right now but if Disney is not a scrap priority than they would not be for you. I find I use George (he one that comes with the small cricut) the most as a general font.

If you have the patience and drive, ebay was nice to me for many a scrapbooking thing (granted my sister works from home, so she usually helps me).

Was at our local Wal-mart today and saw the small Bug on sale for $124, complete with a cart - not sure which one though. The Expression was on sale for $284. with 1 cart. The prices were really good!!
