Where to find an iDog?

I have been trying to find an iDog in local stores, but the only ad I have seen them in was Target's Thanksgiving ad and our store has never had any in stock. Amazon.com is even out of stock. Is this one of the IN gifts this year? Has anyone seen them in their local stores?

I've been wondering the same thing. I have a raincheck for one at KMart. I got the raincheck the day before Thanksgiving. I don't need it for Christmas, it was something to go with her MP3 player, and it was on sale, but she won't be upset if she doesn't get one. But I haven't seen them in stock anywhere!

I bought 2 yesterday at Linen's and Things (of all places!). They were on sale for $22.99, and I was able to use 2 20% off coupons, so I got them for $18.39 each. They had quite a few.

I bought 3 of them directly from Hasbro.com - probably the most expensive place to buy them..but, I do have them in-hand;o)

We get them in the mail and in the paper all the time. They also accept Bed Bath & Beyond coupons.

I also saw them at Sharper Image. Probably pricey there but I think there is an entertainment coupon. Good luck!

It has probably been about 3 weeks ago. Maybe the Monday after Thanksgiving. They had it for around $18. My store had quite a few of them that day.

I didn't notice the price, but I saw them at Best Buy, in the area with the iPods and cell phones.

I bought one for DD9 about 3 weeks ago at Target for about $27. They had a whole end-cap display of them. I don't know if they still have them though. I wish I would have known LNT had them and I would have looked there for the lower price first. Good luck finding them - they seem to be popular but they also seem to be somewhat available. You'll probably find one soon.

got one for a friend at target back in Nov. it was in with the toys here. costed like $30, but it was pretty new then. they are VERY cool. kept us entertained for a long time

At LNT they had a whole section of ipod accessories up in the front of the store on the "things" side. I think it was near picture frames. Good luck!

I saw piles of them at the Discovery Store today. Didn't notice the price.

I don't know if this will help but up here there are a lot of them at WalMart, Toys R Us and Zellers (same as Target).

Thanks for all the help! None of our Targets or Wal-Marts have them but will check LNT and Best Buy this week. Best Buy didn't have them before (I assume they would be with the other iPod accessories?) but will check again.

Best Buy didn't have them in the store but they were on Bestbuy.com. I went to Best Buy and paid for it there. The idog was shipped to the store. I picked it up 3 days later. No one else around me had it.
