Hi all,

I have sorted our evening meal restaurants for our trip next month, but wondering where to have a quick bite of lunch?

Usually go to Caseys,Victorias,Hyperion ( sp?)
but want to try somewhere different

Remember reading about somewhere that does soup etc? that sounds like a good ,warming choice!

Where do you all like to stop for lunch?

Toad Hall does a meal which includes fish and chips and soup

I like the Market House Deli on mainstreet or cowboy cook out

i second the cowboy cookout!! the atmosphere is brill

for lunch there wasnt anywhere really stood out for me otherwise.

we did have croques in the blockbuster cafe one day which were so tasty

we are going to try cowboy cookout on our next trip, we all love toad hall its very good value

We ate at Cowbo Cokout last week, 45 mins from joining que until receiving our burgers and there was onl 7 ppl infront! Burgers were just about warm and cost us just under 36 euros for 2 adults and 1 child! Was the slowest, most expensive and disgusting meal we ate all week.

We ate here about 18 mths ago and loved it which is wh we went back this trip. the menu has changed too its npw chilli con carne or cheeseburger, kids meals was sausages which dd couldnt eat as too spice

do they not do the assiette texan anymore? (sausages, chicken leg, wedges and bbq sauce)

We like the lasagne in Colonel Hathis and it is never as crowded as the places in Fantasyland.

I like Toad Hall, Colonel Hathi's, Fuente del Oro (love their fajitas), and Cafe des Cascadeurs in the Studios. :)

DH said chicken was on the menu as he saw ppl eating it and the wedges came with it and the burgers but didnt see them all in 1 meal option

In the end we ate @ pizza planet one day ( kids loved it,and I thought it was fab for the price )

and Toad Hall the next day, fish and chips very good! but no soup on the menu :confused3

yes, i noticed the meal deal in Toad Hall doesn't include soup anymore - its a real shame, as it was a very good value meal indeed with the soup included, and something a bit different.

Colonel Hathis is a family favorite. Simple food, but lovely decor, and often very quiet :thumbsup2

We ate at Col. Hathi's for the first time last week, what a find, best value for money meal we had and a really nice one at that.
12 euros 30 cents for a large pizza, salad bowl, magnum icecream dessert and a large drink. Will definately go there again. :thumbsup2
