Where to eat after BBB?

We have a BBB appointment at 10:00 am at MK. We currently have an ADR for BOG lunch. I was considering keeping that and having dinner at Akershus. Or, should we skip BOG and have an Akershus lunch, and no ADR for dinner? Are the princesses there at every meal? How is the food at lunch vs. dinner?

I am also open to other suggestions that would be good places to go with DD all dressed up for either lunch or dinner (but no CRT). :)

If you're at the MK anyways, I'd keep the BOG lunch, then hop over to Akershus for dinner.

If you are ok with going to MK for BBB and then traveling to Epcot for lunch then I suppose Akershus would work- the princesses are at every meal. That would seem to rushed for me though. I'd suggest keeping your BOG lunch and scheduling dinner at Akershus or 1900 PF.

Is the food better at Akershus or 1900 PF?

We've only had breakfast at Akershus. The dinner menu didn't really appeal to us. Breakfast was good and I've never heard anything bad about dinner.

1900 PF is a buffet so more variety. We found the food to be much better last week than in previous visits- hot, fresh, tasty.

Just remember 1900 doesn't have all of the princesses- only Cinderella.

We really like breakfast at Akershus and go most trips but the lunch/ dinner menu does not appeal to us. Akershus breakfast and 1900 Park Fair supper are both 'musts' for us on out Disney trips.

Have you considered trying for a reservation at Cinderella's a Royal Table although it is a double credit meal if you're on the dining plan?

CRT is the most magical after BBB. Is it about money you don't want that? The place was packed with new princesses when we went.

I only like breakfast st Akershus otherwise I would do 1000 PF

I think doing BBB with BOG lunch and then Akershus for dinner is a nice plan. We've enjoyed the Akershus meals and, yes, the princesses are there for all three meals. As others have pointed out, you could also have dinner at 1900 Park Fare, but the only princess there is Cinderella and it is a buffet, not a waiter-served meal. I prefer the atmosphere at Akershus and love walking around EP WS at night. That would be the most magical for me. Just a though, if you are spending the day at MK and primarily going to EP just for dinner at Akershus right after MK, you may want to consider taking the bus from MK to the Beach Club and walking through the IG entrance of EP instead of taking the monorail and having to walk all the way through FW. Just a thought.
