Am arriving the day after Thanksgiving and am looking for a non-park restaurant to dine at for dinner. Since I know the parks are going to be PACKED with people, am planning to resort hop to view decorations, eat dinner, then head down to Downtown Disney for some serious shopping. I was thinking about dinner at Chef Mickey's, but am wondering if it's going to be too packed with people. Where would you recommend? It's just me, so it's a party of 1. What about the 1900? Think it would be pretty packed too? Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Good luck getting Chef Mickey's... try, but don't get disappointed if you can't. I think your chances of 1900 Park Faire are going to be better. I am assuming that you are looking for a non park character meal? If not, then why not 'Ohana? It is alot of fun, can put you in the Disney frame of mind, as well.

Good luck!
