I'm brand new here, and need help planning for dd 5th birthday. We will have 6 adults and 3 little girls (ages 6, 5, 5). I want a place were we can do the B-day thing with Characters, but I don't want to do it around a meal - the girls will be too excited to eat, so why waste $$ on a meal. I was thinking about the ice cream social. Does anyone know what this is like? Can we put candles in the ice cream and sing happy B-day? Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Also, since we will be there for a week, we want to do at least one special lunch and one special dinner with the girls. But don't want anything too over stimulating (one of the girls has ADHD). Chef Mickey's sounds like a bit too much. These are very "girlie" girls. We are leaning towards Crystal Palace, Hollywood & Vine and/or 1900 Park Fare. Any opinions, advice, other suggestions?

They would love 1900 Park Faire. Usually there is Mary Poppins and Alice with other characters for breakfast, Cinderella, prince, mice ect for dinner. Merry-go-round horses in the decor. There are two princess breakfasts, one in MK and the other at Epcot. Happy planning.
