Where to call to buy something you saw at WDW?

I *know* there was a thread about what people regretted not purchasing while they were at the parks but I just can't find it. Someone had posted a number where you could order and have the item shipped to you. Can someone tell me the number or even direct me to the thread?

My son's heart is broken because his little meerkat from AK went missing while we were WDW. I wish had just gone back to get another one but we didn't. It was just a small thing and not expensive but I thought it would be nice to surprise him. He loves those meerkats
