Where to buy used (cheap) COACH bags????

I've actually got the bag you're thinking about and have been considering getting rid of it.(I get tired of bags quickly.) I've got the matching wallet too but it has some gooey substance residue of something my two year old put on it, so that one is a keeper. PM me if you want to talk. Not totally sure if I want to sell it yet but I have been toying with the idea.

I use those cards for the basics like wristlets and small things, I save my purse money for the outlets...like I care if it's last years, I live in the midwest where fasion is about 18 months behind in a good season...


Luckily I also love Fossil (yep hitting that outlet in Vegas as well) and I can afford those year round, so it's always a good day for a purse....

Have you tried the web site bagborroworsteal.com (I am new to the board, so I can't post the exact web site.) it lets you try out a purse, with an option to buy. I personally have not used it, but have a friend who does all the time and loves it.

The bags at TJ Maxx right now are a special. They rarely have Coach or Dooney & Bourke otherwise. You might want to try them right now if you have one in your area. Mine did have one patchwork bag.

Do you mean Jeffersonville, Ohio? I'm in Charleston, WV and can make that trip in a little more than 2 hours It's been a couple years since I have been there, and I don't remember the Coach outlet being there. Might have to plan a trip

I'm in Huntington!! Jeffersonville OH has the Coach outlet right along the highway. We went to visit family in Dayton and stopped on the way back. Yeah for me!

It is called a Preferred Customer Event commonly known as the PCE card. Sometimes they mail them to people who have shopped at the outlets to entice them to the boutique stores. They are not good online or for phone orders. Sometimes, if you go into a boutique during PCE and find something you love. You can ever so sweetly ask the SA if they could give you the discount.

Also, if you know it's PCE time, you can call and mention that you didn't get yours. They can arrange for you to pick one up at the store. This may only work if you're already in the Coach computer system. I started getting mine after I spent a ridiculous amount of money during Christmas one year. It was the first time I could afford my own Coach, and I had borrowed my mom's friend's PCE card. I was the happiest 22 year old in the store. I hadn't bought anything the last two PCEs, so I thought they might quit sending them, but apparently they still want my money.

P.S. The call and ask tactic also works for Gap Friends and Family. We've had a family member at Gap forever, but the last year or so we haven't. The girls at BabyGap usually give me one a week or so before GFF, but if I don't go to the store before the event I'll call and mention that I hadn't received the invitation.

I don't know if you have a Loehmann's near you but I saw the holiday bags there yesterday. The pouch style was $99, the tote was $229 and the duffle was $219. I believe the original price on the duffle was listed as $368.
Loehmann's is like an upscale Marshall's. They get a lot of last season's designer goods. My DD bought a beautiful trenchcoat for $110 that retailed for $700 and a $450 Ellen Tracey blazer for $35.

I actually found one at my goodwill, i never go in there but i was just passing some time. I found it and thought surely that it couldn't be real, I think I got it for 1/2 off the marked $7 price!
I brought it home and checked the label and it was an exactly match to the one I got from the outlet! I went to the web and found out that the design is a couple of years old. Obviously the person that had this bag before me didn't like it because you could tell it was never used.
There is also a high-end consignment shop that I pass on the way to work everyday and they always have coach bags in there windows. Consignment shops are so popular these days, i am sure you can find a high-end one near you too!

I looked on ebay, and there are a bunch of people selling their discount cards for $.99 and with free or cheap shipping. But move fast...the cards are only good 8/16 through 8/24.

eBay prices aren't great, because everyone else is looking there, too.

guys i buy fake one's in memphis at the flea markets for $25-30 bucks...and they last just as long as the real one's i can afford the real one's but i would rather buy a bunch of fake one's that if they break or get stolen it wouldnt bother me!

I'm not huge fan of fakes. I'm not against others having them (cue the sweatshop debate), but they just seem so, I don't know, not special?? Have you ever seen the episode of Sex and the City with the fake Fendi? Carrie sees them all in their plastic sleeves and just can't buy one. I also have never seen a fake that didn't have a tell (and usually an obvious one). If I can see it, others probably can, too.

If I'm going to carry a designer bag (even if it's a more affordable one like Coach), I want to know that it's the real deal. Every time I carry the first tote I bought myself (not the ones that were purchased for me before that point), I always feel a little more confident knowing I earned and saved the money to buy it.

Again, I'm not saying fakes are bad!! As a matter of fact, I do have a fake D&G, but I bought it because I loved the color and style. It's a gorgeous green and fits EVERYTHING, but it's just a little shoulder bag. However, I'm not trying to fool anyone. I always carry it with the label against my body. But you better believe I let my Coach tags/keychains dangle as they please!

I always get mine at the outlets! I got one off of Ebay once and it turned out to be a fake. I was lucky the person that sold it to me was an honest person & did not realize it was a fake. She gave me my money back. She was very sorry.. she even let me send it back COD.. she credited my paypal account before I sent it back.. and she credited my shipping I paid her. I felt bad that she thought she had the "real thing". Once I felt the material, I knew it was a fake. I could also tell by the "C"'s they were not lined up with each other. Coach always has them even.

I got the 25% off card in the mail and threw it out! I didn't plan on using it. Next time I get one I will post it here, maybe some one will use it. I only shop the outlets. The coupons cannot be used in the outlets. I never thought of asking here if anyone wanted it.. sorry!! Now I know to save and ask!
