Where to buy the best fresh fruit off property?

My family and I have many food allergies and in addition eat a lot of fruit with meals and for snack. We will be staying at the Boardwalk. The resort's fresh fruits are limited and not always good quality. And, I have found that the closest Publix does not have the best fruit available. Any suggestions for me?

Hmmm, we have always found that the nearby Publix on I- Drive has really good fruit -- we like their tubs of fruit varieties, fresh oranges and grapefruit, apples, bananas, etc. You might want to give it another try

We usually go to the Whole Foods at Turkey Lake & Sand Lake. It's not too far out of the way from the airport. It's expensive, like all Whole Foods, but their fruits are very good. They have a really great salad bar too with hard boiled eggs.

I don't think the Whole Foods is very old. I think it was built in the last 3 years. It's good size one, not as big as the flagship here in Austin, but it's bigger than the one closest to me.

We have a few very large ones here in NY, too. I'm looking forward to seeing the one in Orlando.

It's been around awhile. Make at least one stop here every trip.
