Where to buy lightbulbs?

So where is the cheapest place to buy at least 2 dozen light bulbs?

My recessed lighting (bulbs) comes from Lowes or Ikea. I need to go buy about a dozen bulbs also. Waiting to see if you find a cheap source.

I just finished reading HGTV magazine and they recommended usalight.com. It says you can get discounts on every type of bulb. I've never used them but might be worth checking out.
