Where to buy kids tank/tshirt cotton dresses?

Forgive me if this seems obvious. I tried searching but came up empty handed.

Can anyone tell me where they have found plain cotton dresses (tank or tshirt type) for kids? I would need sizes of 4/5 and 6X/7/8. I'd like to try my hand at some fun stuff (I've done t-shirts in the past thanks to some of the folks here!!!), but can't seem to begin to think of where I might find these to use as my blank slate Most likely I'll be trying some tie-dye, though I might do some transfers with added bling (so, probably white would be best, though I might not mind some colored ones either).
