Where to buy girls’ tennis shoes near GCH?

We just arrive today and my daughter feels her tennis shoes are too small! I usually buy her new balance or similar brands that have good support. We are staying at the GCH and don’t have a car. I’d love to get something in downtown Disney or really close so it doesn’t eat too much Park time. Any ideas?

There is a Target about a mile south on Harbor -- Uber/Lyft/taxi? (Swing dancers use this store a lot for emergency shoe runs.) Sanuk in DTD doesn't have tennis shoes, but their shoes are comfortable. WOD might have girls Crocs (also available at some shops in the parks). There is a Shoe City (discount shoes, https://www.shoecity.com) on Ball Rd. and Anaheim Blvd. -- about 10 minutes from the parks. The Block at Orange is an outlet mall about 10 minutes south of the parks. Or you could try Zappos.com (free delivery and returns) or Amazon.com (especially if you have Prime).
ETA: What shoe size do you need? The kids shop next to Disney Clothiers on Main Street has/used to have some kids shoes. Don't know what size they go up to. If your daughter takes a women's shoe size, the options above might be better.
