But I was able to buy one through the Central Reservation Office - 407 934 7639. I would think you could buy one at any ticket vendor in the parks or online at disney.com.

You can not buy them at the hotels, you have to buy them at guest services ticket counters at the parks.

If you're flying into MCO you can purchase them right there at the Disney store. We did that on the way to baggage claim since it take awhile for teh bags to show up might as well make some use of that time vs. standing around.
