Where to buy Annual Pass in advance (outside of Florida)?

I'm trying to find the definitive answer on this:
Are (legitimate, authorized) Annual Passes available in advance from any place other than directly from Disney via phone or website?
I know that you can buy activated passes at the MCO stores, and perhaps other places in Florida (Welcome Centers, perhaps?), but I want to get a voucher without leaving the comfort of my home state.
I know that Ticketmania, etc. sells MYW tickets, but it doesn't appear that AP's are available through these type of brokers.
Last time we visited WDW, we got our AP at the Disney Store, but as I understand it, since they are no longer owned by Disney, I can't get them there.

So, to get an AP voucher, are my options limited to contacting Disney CRO or going through the WDW website?
I assume a travel agent could get them, but I'd rather do it myself. No offense to travel agents! (I'd be willing to go into a AAA office if they had them.)

Annual/Premium Annual passes are only available from Disney directly.

If you want to order before you leave home, you must either call Disney or you can purchase online. You can elect a "will call" option or pay $3 per order if you want vouchers mailed to you.

You can get the actual pass on site, at the airport and at some Florida outlet malls (that have the Disney Character outlet stores). That's about it.

None of the discount brokers are authorized to sell the annuals.
