Where to buy an iPad (tax free or discount)?

My iPad had a bath last week (literally), so I need to buy a new one. I'm in the market for the newest 4th generation, 64 gig, wi-fi model.

Target had a $40 gift card promo with the purchase of an iPad, but it ended yesterday and I didn't find out about it in time. A family member qualifies for Apple student pricing, but that isn't currently valid on any of the iPad models. I've heard great things about Apple refurbs, but I don't think there will be any refurbs available on the newest model for at least a few months.

Does anyone know of any current promos? Or, a website that I can order from tax free? (I live in PA.) Thanks.

When I bought my son his I weighed these options:

Target, with the Target card to save 5%.
Using AmEx to get an extended warranty.
Military base for tax free.
Refurbished from the web site.

Right now the refurbished iPad 3 is only $379, compared to $499 at Target, that would be my choice right now, using a credit card that offers an extended warranty.

You might also consider a warranty that covers baths.

Not sure where you live in PA, but DE does not have sales tax.
