Target.com has a 3 pc embark set in red for $20. You could iron on a black mickey head to make it disney. And use fabric paint to personalize it. Or add a disney luggage tag.

This is what both my kids (5,3) have. So far we haven't had any problems with them. They are not the greatest quality but for young kids they are fine. Like others have posted I would get a good quality set for your 14 year old.
