Where to buy a condo in Orlando?

DH and I are thinking of buying a condo/townhouse in Orlando. I would LOVE to get suggestions of an area/ building we should look into. Here is what we would want:
1. Close to Disney
2. Possible rental income when we're not using it
3. Budget- $250K-350K
4. Something that will retain value over time.
5. Luxurious feel

Anyone else have recommendations?
