Where should we eat our first day?

DH has a convention and I am tagging along. We will be staying at the Swan/Dolphin hotel (where the convention is) and we do not have park tickets for our first day as we do not arrive until late afternoon (my flight lands at 2:45 pm). Any way, I am looking for a reasonable place to have dinner. Any suggestions on CS or resaonable ($30.00) TS. Thanks Much!!

BEACHES & CREAM at the Beach Club (right around the corner from where you are staying)!!

Prices are reasonable, portions are huge, amazing food, and sweet atmosphere. It's table service, but they don't take ADR's. But it sounds like you are going during an off time of day so you should be fine. You will have a wonderful time there!!!

There are plenty of places that are an easy walk from the Swan Dolphin. The boardwalk is right there with Spoodles, and the Yacht and Beach Club is right nearby. You can walk or take the boat. I think the Cape May Cafe or Beaches and Cream would serve you well.

I posted a little review of lunch offerings at Picabu at the Dolphin, with pictures. Their lunch special was enough to feed a small Third World Nation.

I enjoyed my chicken pot pie very much. And since it's open 24 hours, it's also a good choice when other places in the Epcot resort area are closed and you want a late night snack.

ESPN or Big River Brewing on the Boardwalk are both pretty good and within your price range. Good pub grub.
