Where should we eat dinner?

We will be at the new GC for our anniversary. We are looking for a quite place with lots of vegetartian options, Outside the parks.
Any suggestions.
I have heard PCH Grill is good. Has anyone tried it?

We have eaten at the PCH Grill (which is in Paradise Pier) and found the dinners there to be quite good. Pastas and salad entrees were large and decently priced. It is a much better option than to dine in any of the theme parks (although Blue Bayou and Redd Rocketts are good options). Also consider Downtown Disney restaurants. Most are priced in the $20 entree range. We like the Rainforest Cafe. Naples and ESPN seem to have good reports. Catal is popular if you're into California cuisine.
