Where keep Key to World cards

First trip to WDW. Where do you keep you Key to the World cards while in WDW. Will be carrying mine plus kids and maybe DH. I have heard that some people have them in something that hangs around their neck for EMH? What do you suggest - thank you so much.

In parks I carried everyones in my purse (which is a very small crossbody vera bradley) and when we are at waterparks we get a locker to keep the cards and/or bought a small card keeper for one of us to wear around our necks (they are waterproof and are in the giftshop at the waterparks)

I just keep mine in my pocket!

For KTTW cards, I think it's important that everyone has their own. That way, if someone gets lost, they can still get back to the room and charge the card if necessary.

i keep mine in a plastic sleeve i bought there that goes on the end of my pin lanyard. its easier to get since you get fastpasses all day plus you can keep some money in there so you dont have to dig in a backpack just to get a water. they have them at most gift shops and mine zips shut so nothing will fall out.

No matter where you keep them make sure you use your camera and take a picture of them in case they become loss.
This will eliminates any problems if they need to be replaced.

Just remember don't put them by the cell phone or digital camera or other credit/debit cards and I think also the DL. This information is somewhere also on another forum but right off the top of my head I can't remember which one. The KTTW cards will get demagnitized and won't work or your other cards won't work.

I had a wristlet that velcroed shut & I kept this either on my hand or looped on my pin lanyard.

I've also seen a clear lanyard with a zip top that you can wear alone or hooked on the bottom of a pin lanyard - you do want something that closes so that it does not fall out accidentally. If you have a meal plan, you'll want the KTTW card hand for snack purchases in the parks.

Several years ago I bought a cream colored cloth passport holder at WalMart for little money and have found it to be utilitarian and no bother at all. You can sort your fastpasses et cetera easily. Those costly cards are kept safe and sound with easy access.

I bought a lanyard at Disney a few years ago. It has a plastic pouch to keep cards in. I use it every trip. I keep my KTTW card, credit card, and driver's license in it.

The ID case holds my KTTW card, a CC, DL, and my AP in the front part where the clear plastic shows and also holds my small digital camera in the slot behind, then it zips closed for security.

I have something similar that I got at Marshalls. It's a really small Bagallini bag. Measurement-wise, it's about 4" x 4", just big enough to hold park passes, some money, lip gloss, and my cell phone. It has a long cross-body strap. I used it for the first time on my last trip and loved it! It was so small I didn't even feel it. Much better (and prettier!) than a fanny pack, that's for sure!

We are going on our first trip to WDW in a few weeks. I know the room keys double as park tickets, dining plan, and room charges, so I assume we will need easy access.

It's fishing season where I live, and CA law requires anglers to wear their license in a visable fashion. At every sporting goods place they have landyards with a plastic pouch for about a buck. They easily hold KTTW, FP's, photo-pass cards, and can accommodate trading pins, too. Much more affordable than the ones Disney sells ($5+)

Ours just go in my pocket. The only thing to worry about with these cards is to keep them away from magnets - otherwise they are very durable and don't need any special handling/storage.

I use the outside pocket of whatever bag I'm using so I can easily grab it without taking a bunch of stuff out.

I have a lanyard type thing and then it has a plastic like "wallet" attached. the wallet has a ziplock type closure on the top to keep my cards in there I only keep my KTW and photopass cards in there. I got it from walmart like 1.50

This is what I use. I keep the KTTW card(s) in the pouches for easy access when getting fastpasses and money, id, etc. in the zipper pouch.

ETA: I found my landyard in the stationary section at walmart where the office supplies are located.
