Where is United Airlines baggage claim in relation to Magical Express?

I always fly SWA and know exactly where to go. A friend is flying United into MCO and I have no clue. She will be picking up her own luggage (no comments, please as I have explained she can just tag the bag and ME will deliver it but she wants control (which I can understand)).

Where is ME in relation to United baggage pick up?

United's gates and baggage claim are on the 'B' side of the terminal; that's the same side as the DME Welcome Center. The tram from the gates will deposit your friend on level 3 of Side 'B' and she will need to go down to level 2 for baggage claim. After baggage claim, she will need to go down to level 1 to get to the DME Welcome Center.
