Where is third atom in third Autopia quest?

I'm trying to get the Autopia Yellow Racing Pin, and I get up to part 12/24 of the quest - the third atom in the monorail station - and I can NOT find it. It just doesn't seem to be there.

Can anyone point me to it? Is it maybe in a different station?

I am REALLY not liking only have a minute and a half to try to find it in a crowded room, and then when I can't, I have to go back and catch 45 ghosts in the Haunted Mansion again.

They are all running together in my mind now, but the one I missed the first time around was on a seat. I had to sit down to pick it up. The rest were on the floor, I think behind a chair, near the rail at the top of the steps (closest to the monorail) and one was over past the counter.

They were all on the floor at the monorail station. It appears after u click next task.
