Where is the "will call" window?

We'll be arriving via Mears, on the earliest shuttle possible. We'll need to pick up our tickets from the will call window. Not sure exactly where that is, and don't want to waste valuable time being lost that early in the day! lol any help would be appreciated. If anyone has a map that shows it, that would be great too! Thanks!

When you are facing the turnstiles, it is on your far right at both Universal and Islands of Adventure.
