I know there is and entrance to DL and CA through Downtown Disney from Disneyland Drive. Where is the entrance from Harbor Blvd.?

I know there is and entrance to DL and CA through Downtown Disney from Disneyland Drive. Where is the entrance from Harbor Blvd.?

DTD, DL, and DCA has Disneyland Drive on the west side and Harbor on the east side. The entrances are practically straight across from one another, just on opposite sides. Both lead to the esplanade area between the parks. I hope that makes sense.
