Where is the DVC Availability forum?

I think it was called the DVC Availability board/forum - where folks would indicate if there was no availability for xx type of room at yy resort.

It wasn't overly helpful in that it was rarely completely accurate. It was great for what it was when you had to call MS, but with online booking it's become outdated.
