Where is the Disneyland in Disneyland Forever?

One word would describe, Remember Dreams Come True.
HEART
In my opinion, the HEART of Disneyland. A perfect mixture of Disney Animation, and popular Disneyland themes with known music.

Now comes Disneyland Forever. Maybe I was expecting to much, but if something is called "DISNEYLAND Forever" you may want to include more than a 1 minute opening withe Walt and weak 1 minute ending talking about Disneyland.

What you get instead is a mash up of Disney Animated projection scenes, which have been seen in other Disney Park projection shows combined with and over used Frozen "Let it Go" scene.

In other words, this show has no heart and should have been used at a time when the anniversary of the park was not happening.

It was overall disappointing to me.

You're talking the new WOC right? I thought it seemed a little disjointed and underwhelming in parts too. We are big Frozen fans and loved that segment. It was awesome but we are biased. I did love the incorporation of the ferris wheel and California Screamin'. Maybe I'm just not remembering because it's been a year but I don't recall them doing that much in Mickey's head in the wheel in the past?

I loved the fireworks show. I don't think any Disney park could ever top Remember Dreams Come True. Can you imagine the criticism Disney would get if they tried to give us a similar show or just repeated it? They get enough criticism on the shows that they give us now. This fireworks show is exciting, and it is all over the park. It is my second favorite to Remember, Dreams Come True. I really enjoyed it, and thought the Imagineers gave us a wonderful show.

Got it! I haven't committed the names of the new shows to memory yet. Unfortunately we only got to see the back of the fireworks (not castle/MS side) last night because of extreme crowds and misguided information from CMs so I don't have an opinion on the show as a whole yet. From the little we saw it looked pretty amazing to me. The projections on IASW were not working which was hugely disappointing since that's where they made us go watch. Looking forward to seeing it for real next visit.

I think if they name something Disneyland Forever it needs to have something other than a quick segment at the beginning and end.

I don't think most would have a problem if they used some of the same music as RDCT because the effects and projections would be different.

DF is a good show I just think they should have kept it separate from having the Disneyland name in it since there is barely any Disneyland.
