Where is the code rate history?

I remember seeing this somewhere but can't remember. I am hoping for a January code and I remember someone saying they frequently have buy 3 nights get two free or even free dining. Does anyone have the details of what was offered last January. Thanks!

No free dining last January. Only free dining Aug/Sep. I had an AP rate for Pop which was $49 a night using the AP best rate program. I believe it was released later for the GP, but was $59 a night. I believe this was late January, closer to February. Not positive--but I was excited about my $49 a night at Pop.

What if you have already paid for your package and a discount becomes available. Do they give you a reimbursement or are you just out of luck?
