Does anyone know of a site other than Ebay or Craigslist to sell Disney specific items, such as charms, pins, watches, lithos, framed pin sets, etc? I am ready to unload stuff that has been around for a few years. I am not a collector or a seller. Just want to clear out some stuff sort of like spring cleaning but don't want to throw it away.

well if you think you have a good local market for those items then craigs list
also that is going to be the cheapest way

the upside of ebay is a wold wide market
the down side will be haveing to ship the items out

Check out the Disneyana Fan Club (Formerly NFFC). Every year there is a convention in Anaheim in July with a full-day Show and Sale, as well as a smaller on in January. The Plane Crazy Chapter in Dayton, OH, has a convention with a Show and Sale in the summer, and the World Chapter in Orlando has one is having a convention 9/29-10/2 with a Strictly Disneyana S&S on 10/2. Generally the cost for a table is around $100. You would be able to sell any legal Disney item there.

Yes. Craigslist is a good choice for many items. I have been clearing my basement fairly successfully on CL. However - not sure about the Disney items.

I don't wish to do Ebay.

Thank you! I wonder if they have a local to me Wash, DC chapter? I will check it out.

The Baltimore Chapter also covers the DC Metropolitan Area. That was the chapter I belonged to when I lived in Annandale, VA.

The Dayton event is a bit far from you, but we do have vendors that come from PA, FL, MI, KY and MO. We use to get a vendor from CA, the first few years. The rate we charge is $80 for the first table then $40 for each additional table. Tables are 8' in length, choice of 30" or 18", cover and will be skirted, one chair per table and most spaces are 8' x 8'.

You can keep track of any updates on our event at: daytondisneyana.org.

The venue is the Holiday Inn - Dayton Mall, but is being completely renovated and changing its brand to a Wyndham on June 1st. We also got a rate of $79 per night if you mention that you are here for the Dayton Disneyana event. We can put up to 62 vendor tables (we had 53 last year) and we have a 24'x50' room for our pin traders that should be able to hold 40 to 60 at any one time.

We have a couple of Disney Guests that have agreed to come, but we have to wait untill airfare has been confirmed, before we announce them

If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail me
