Just like the OP said, Via Napoli. I am from Jersey too and we have great pizza. This pizza was really good. The other stuff we have had there compares to Dominos.

I haven't had an opportunity to try Via Napoli yet but other than that the only halfway decent pizza I've had at Disney was from the old Spoodle's pizza window. Not sure how the stuff they are selling there now is since I haven't been since Spoodle's closed but it used to be edible.
We are huge pizza people. There really isn't that much really good pizza in Disney. We haven't tried Via Napoli yet, but will be there in June. We did really like the Spoodles pizza window. DH & I had loved it years ago, then it changed and we didn't like it, then in July 2010 it was good again. Also, I really liked the flatbread at Mama Melrose.
I saw this post and thought 'Here we go!' I expected the Via Napoli bashing to start. Don't let my signature fool you- I'm originally from Jersey too and loved the Margarita pizza at Via!
WDW has lousy pizza. Via Napoli (the TS, not the outdoor CS window when it is open) is the best they have and it is Neapolitan style, which is not what some are used to. If you're into California-style "gourmet" pizza, Wolfgang Puck Cafe or Express are good.
The delivery pizza at the Port Orleans/OKW/SSR area is about the quality of Pizza Hut or Dominos at triple the price. The Boardwalk Pizza is a little better but still not what you call "good". DH can't even remember eating it!
We had Via Napoli for the first time on Tuesday, and we really liked it. My only disappointment is I asked for the Margherita pizza with Pepperoni (because I wanted the basil) and just got a regular pepperoni pizza. It was still delicious, but I wish I had the basil!
