Where is the best place to get black & white sketches in the parks?

I would love to get these sketches done of my kids. Does anyone know the best place to have this done, how long does it take, and what it costs?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I think they do that at MK in Liberty Square near Hall of Presidents. I don't know how much or how long it takes.

There is a portrait artist in Epcot across from France. I don't remember exact prices, but I think they are quite reasonable.
