Where is the best "deal" to buy US/IOA tickets???

When I bought them last year you had the choice of either having them sent (which was around $7), and Will-Call (which was around 2) - I'm not sure about the exact charges but I know Will Call saves you money. If you don't know, that is when you buy the tickets online by credit card, then when you get to the park there are several special kiosks where you get your tickets. You go to the machine, swipe the credit card you used for the purchase and key in a confirmation #, and out pop your tickets.
I would imagine they are doing the same thing this year, though I haven't bought them yet. Hope that helps.

"park hoppers", aren't they?

Reading the tix description, they say park-to-park...I'm assuming that means we could do both parks on one day, if we wanted...?

The term Park hoppers is a copyrighted by Disney so Universal calls their tickets park-to-park. Yes, you can go back and forth between both parks as many times as you wish. Just be sure to get a handstamp and hang on to your passes as you'll have to show your ticket and your handstamp when you re-enter.
