Where is the atom in the yellow car quest

Ok I have played 6 games of ghosts because I can not find the second atom any help please

Hi! Belle, the yellow quest atoms are tricky you have to look really close. Sometimes all you will see is the smallest part of the atom like a red ball or sometimes it blends along the fence. If you can't see it, I suggest walking along the entire fence and sitting in all four of the seats. Also check the fence near the entrance of the station and the monorail landing most people entering the area block this view so that may be a probelm. Hope this helps!
