Where is the 2nd atom??

Help, i cannot find the second atom, and i have had t replay the HM game 5 times now. This is frustrating. I look all near the stairs and dont see it. Please help. I need a specific location.

Can i ask where you found the first one? i went in the train it's not there either .

and check above the light in the left side

the monorail station, on the ground, you just have to look for them, look in the shadows and in plain view
