Where is Starring Rolls located?

I know Starring Rolls is in MGM, but not sure where in the park it is located. If someone could tell me what attractions it is close to, that would help me plan our day there. Thanks!

If you are entering the park, turn right on the first street you come to. I can't recall the name off hand but it is the street that takes you to ToT and R&R coaster. The restaurant is on the left next to the Villain's store, unless they have moved it, but I don't believe they have.
