Where is payment for reservation page?

Hi! I'd like to make a payment for our reservations and I can't seem to find the page. I go to MDE - My Reservations and Tickets and if I remember correctly there used to be a link that says "Make a Payment". Did it get moved somewhere? Thanks.

Disney just recently did an upgrade to all the reservation systems. The "Make a Payment" and "Balance" features were affected temporally form that. Disney hopes the features are back and fully functional by the end of the week. So hopefully this will all be taken care of soon.

UGH, I've been trying for 2 weeks. I have to pay off by Dec 9th. i guess over the phone? Can I use Disney gift cards to pay it off over the phone?

The nice thing is the payment by phone thing is automated, so you don't have to "waste hours on hold" for a human.

I don't know about the gift card, but since you could online I don't see why you couldn't...

Yup!

You should be able to use the Gift cards over the phone. If the automated service won't let you, just hold for a CM and they will help you out.

Yes, I used gift cards to pay off part of my balance over the phone last yr. - did it with a CM, not automated, so not sure about that. Friends had to pay off their trip at the end of Nov. and did have to call due to the computer overhaul.
