Where is my FOX news? Anyone else missing their local news?

I have AT&T U-verse. I wake up this morning to find my local FOX news missing and replaced by "The Daily Buzz".

Now is there a dispute, is this local, anyone else experiencing something like this?

I know Fox is fighting with Time Warner (cable giant) over fees. Last week Fox, threatened to block the NFL playoff games and Idol.
Did that get resolved?
