Where is Minnie in her Red Polka Dot Dress??

Hi All!!!

Last year we did not see Minnie and this year my DD wants a photo with her. Is she at Chef Mickey Breakfast? Any tips would be appreciated.

I had my photo taken with her in her red dress last year at the County Bounty location in Mickey's Toontown Fair. HTH!

My kids had their picture taken with her at Chef Mickey's. I looked at the pictures and she had a red and white polka dot dress on.

Thanks soo much!! My DD is going to wear her Minnie dress so I wanted a photo with Minnie so they match.

In June, we found her in that dress at the character spot in FW at Epcot.

Minnie is usually at Chef Mickey's, but this isn't guaranteed. Even so, I almost always see her there and this character meal is must-do for our vacations.
Also, in the MK on your left after you pass under the Train Station is City Hall. You can go there and ask the Cast Members where and when she will appear in the park that day.

We have pictures of Minnie with her red polka dress from Toontown. We did wait in line for a while to see her & Mickey though.

She is usually there, but is not guaranteed. Pretty good bet though.

This is a good spot to get several characters at once. However, it can have very long lines.
