Where is a good place to order fruit trees and blueberry bushes?

I'm thinking about ordering some fruit trees and blueberry bushes on-line. Do you know of a good place that provides nice items? Also if you have ordered fruit trees on-line are they whips?

Stark Brothers is where DH ordered our fruit trees.... several varieties of apple, cherry and nectarine.... plus blueberry bushes, strawberries and rhubarb.

Everything is doing better than expected so far.... especially the strawberries!
