The guy was captured about 3 this morning. He was wanted by the Richmond, Texas PD for "jumping an officer" and escaping attempted arrest; made his way to a small town south of us and was arrested there for attempted burglary in that town. While being transferred to Bellville and the County Jail he "slipped his handcuffs" (one hand) and jumped out of the police car. He was discovered IN THE BACKYARD of a resident of the subdivision. Real UPSTANDING "citizen???

We sure don't have that problem with the Canadians! The only problem I have with the Canadians is when they try to run me over in their hurry to get to Walmart!

" was hiding on the patio of the homeowner who greeted him with his handgun in one hand and cell phone in the other calling the police. He told him (and this is quoted from the homeowner), "In TEXAS this is a good way to get your a** shot...hiding in someone's backyard at 3 AM". And oh...these "citizens" also try to run over us in their hurry to get to Walmart. Must not have the same drivers training in Mexico as we do here.
