Long day...restocking groceries since our trip plus a little Christmas shopping. I could spend SOOO much money at Lowe's on new Christmas decorations!

Monday on a Tuesday here! Cool front arrived yesterday with wind gusts up to 39 mph blowing my plants off the picnic table and broken pots and dirt everywhere; 87 yesterday; 67 today (low of 48 last night was wonderful!); Amanda & Bryan's flight DID get off on time dodging wind gust; they arrived in Chicago for an hour layover and now enjoying Buffalo (with lots of pictures of the beautiful fall colors in upstate NY; Sara's called twice to discuss...try to figure out...the Texas Amendments to our Constitution we need to vote on this week (WHY can't they write those things in PLAIN ENGLISH ) AND I'm trying to cook Cream of Turkey soup for dinner this evening!

Next up before Halloween:
Actually there for the Buffalo Bills football game on Sunday; Bryan's on a mission to visit all the NFL Stadiums in the US! (They're staying in Toronto until Saturday visiting Niagara Falls.) We had to laugh though yesterday...they have a view of the baseball stadium from their room and ended up last night at the basketball game when they discovered the Houston Rockets were playing! Bryan's a huge Rockets fan so that was a nice surprise for him!
