If I'm remembering correctly I think there's this area in Pandora that has a little "viewing bridge"

I'm going to declare this solved with both answers. It's definitely in Pandora but my brain is so scrambled with other "stuff" going on I can't figure out how to give helpful hints. There is a little bridge directly across from this area. I was looking for the "entertainment area"...
