Great guesses but still not the right one. Diane...you get the "creativity award" for sunscreen but you're all thinking TO hard. You don't wear or eat this item but it is one of the most popular (and cheap ) souvenirs people purchase to add to their Disney collection. This item "holds" that souvenir.
