I had a picture of the scene I'm thinking off but can't locate it now; the most frustrating part of having to switch from Photobucket...my files are SO unorganized! It's the scene after the 4th July and before Christmas; I think it's the scene the little boy is wearing a werewolf mask.

DH got home about an hour ago from the volleyball game; on the way home they passed a LONG line of trucks and trailers with supplies from New Mexico! He said every vehicle was flying a US flag, Texas flag and New Mexico flag. COOL! Any WITW fans from New Mexico...THANK YOU! Redstorm also got a text from her coach with "details to follow" but was letting the team know they were "adopting" a volleyball team from one of the flooded schools in the Katy area. Anxious to hear what that involves but proud of those girls already...they'll take good care of their new friends!

Yes, this is from a holiday between the 4th of July and Christmas. That's why the son is wearing a mask.

Coordinating the schedules of the 8 of us is difficult and had to meet for an early lunch so SIL could get to the Sunday afternoon golf tournament but FINALLY celebrated DH's birthday!

Over lunch today we were discussing the hurricane; funniest story came from Twitter...an elderly gentleman was seen exiting his house toward a rescue boat with a drinking glass in one hand and a bottle of vodka in the other. He got to the boat and told the rescue crew, "Here...hold my bottle while I climb in; hell HAVE A DRINK...y'all have had a rough day too"!

I thought it was the 60's but it's the fall scene and the pumpkin is on the kitchen table.

I'm so glad I went to Glacier National Park when I did! They lost Sperry Chalet to the wildfires a couple of days ago. This morning the Going to the Sun Rd was closed and the Lake McDonald Lodge area which includes lots of adorable rental cabins and an original Swiss style camp store has been evacuated

I'm so glad we haven't had any fires near me. We haven't had any rain in like 70 days not and no rain in the forecast I'm also so glad I still have water!
