I live on allergy meds and not only do I get the runny nose, itchy eyes crap, I also get hives!

HIVES...yuck! Haven't reached that point, thank goodness. We had our youngest DD tested when she was 3 years old and she was able to get allergy shots which helped her tremendously but our poor little Princess was tested last year and she's allergic to so much the doctor said allergy shots wouldn't help! She just takes the meds and Flonase and hopes for the best. Sucks for her too...she had to clear her room of her beloved stuffed animals and is only allowed one little tiny "Tiny" to sleep with. .

Looks like a stormy May ahead of us; noticed this morning on the Weather Channel there's a 3 in 10 chance for DIANE to receive a TORNADO today ... about the same chance as US! "Normal" for Texas during the spring but it's been a long time since I've seen tornado possibilities in the northeast!

I did not hear about this. Steph was around 8 or 9 when we had a tornado one hit about 20 minutes away. It did a lot of damage and there was one fatality.

So it's been a long time but sounds like it was a bad one! At least the possibility is rather low (same as ours for the entire weekend!) so hopefully it won't happen. I was surprised this morning when I saw NH in that red area!

Had a nasty storm this evening, it was so windy. We lost power for awhile.

Well...that's pretty much what the Weather Channel predicted...FOR ONCE! We've had showers off/on today but nothing like THAT; Austin/San Antonio got hit pretty hard though. Nice rain for us; sure helped DH's garden. Glad the power didn't stay off long!

FUN day so far ; rainy night and bright sunshine now...and happy DGD...

I don't know if this is "nature or man made" but I'll label this a "very unique" plant. Tell me which one/what it looks like.
