This is outside but not part of Illuminations. I guess it COULD be considered part of a display or decor but I wouldn't identify it as such.

Is it something that serves a purpose, or just for decoration? Is it up high, eye level or down low?

to Florida, Tropical Storm Emily.....well at least she will keep our temps out of the high 90's for a day or two.

It did lower temps some. With the cloud cover and all of the rain my pool is now at 86 when I was in it last night. Give it to this weekend and it will be back into the 90's.

Our "hint of fall" Monday did the same thing. No rain but water temperature was down to 86 just like yours...seemed "cold" when I got in yesterday!
