REALLY strange being home during first game of the Friday Night Lights in Texas! Bellville playing at neutral site, 2 hours away, so watching online. Good first half; Bellville behind 14-10 but Brahmadora's looked great!

Lost the game without their "good luck charm", Katie, being there in a Dora uniform! Good game though; Bellville is (was) ranked #3 in the State; Celina is ranked #4 and they "butted" heads pretty much through the entire game. Bellville defense collapsed at the end of the 4th quarter but some pretty good football for the opening of the season! SO glad to have football back!

Celebrated David's birthday (minus Sara & Treavor who are in Vegas and, of course, Allie ) at our local Chinese restaurant and Katie brought her cute "little" boyfriend. He's such a sweet, well mannered young man and, unlike Katie, rather quiet! AND...didn't need it but couldn't resist ordering a new Magic Band...LOVE IT!
