...not to mention that a new driver is prone to accidents, so why get a new car? It just makes more sense for them to have a vehicle that is used.

Oldest DGD is still driving the same vehicle she got 4 years ago with only 1 "speeding" ticket...59 in a 55 through Ft. Hood, Texas! She deserves an upgrade in vehicles but loves her car and refuses. THIS ONE has a lot to prove! She's not nearly as "responsible" as her sister!

YES...and it drops from 70 to 55 when you enter the Ft. Hood area...she was in the process of slowing down! Treavor wanted her to protest it but it didn't effect the insurance rates so they just paid the fine. We're always aware when we go to visit her but it happens so fast! We've never seen an officer on the road during our trips but there was one there that day!

Depends on whoever pulls you over here. There's a small town to our east that has 35 in the City Limits...David got pulled over once going 38! Most DPS officers give you 5 mph over but city police give you next to nothing! They need to collect the fines for the city budgets! Allie got pulled over by one of those!
