I'm declaring this solved with The Landings/Town Center area. I could totally confuse everyone on this one too! It's just to the right of the Happy Hound (if I'm remembering correctly)...and close to the Paddleboat area...pretty fountain in a quiet area...

I think it was a no to my guess, and she was saying it was in the WL (I found earlier post to confirm that) and she said she thinks it is wallpaper.

...yes, it's somewhere at WL. As far as wallpaper, I'm saying 'yes' but I cannot be absolutely 100% sure, although I don't think it's a carving, because of it's location. And YES, definitely inside!
